This incredible ski in ski out resort, One Ski Hill Place, is situated at the base of Peak 8. These luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town. You can enjoy the convenience of your own ski locker and ski valet and walk right out to access four ski lifts!
At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The Aquatics Center features an adult pool, kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage.
The resort also features a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town where you will find dining, shopping and nightlife.

One Ski Hill Lodge
Location, Location, Location. Expensive, but worth it to be right on peak 8 by lifts and gondola. Ski rental next door. First class accommodations and great staff. My eight year old loved the pool and there are two theater rooms and a two lane bowling alley for guests to use. Dining on premises at the Ski Hill Grill (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and T Bar food and beverage is next door for the skiers. The resorts free shuttle service will pick you up and/or take you to town on a moments notice. We made our reservations to close to Presidents day and had a family of four in a studio with a murphy bed and sofa sleeper. The bathroom was large and kitchenette was modernly equipped. We will plan a few months in advance next time to get a bigger room with bedrooms.
