Hit and Miss
Great physical plant, nice pool in the spa and very friendly staff. Staff was triple hatting, doing everything. Our masseuse one day was our driver the next. No real concierge - unless you spoke Italian was always hard to get a real answer. But their dinner recommendations were good. Shuttle drivers were great. The town is awesome. Great shopping and really good restaurants. Very friendly people and very easy to navigate lift tickets and gondolas to mid mountain. Getting rental skis was also easy and one of the best ski techs (Stefano) by the Dolonne gondola at 4641. Top Stokli 2019 skis perfectly tuned and sharpened.
