Rejuvenating Retreat
Spacious rooms, contemporary decor and the entire hotel is very clean. Front desk staff very accommodating at all hours of the day and night. Ski shop staff excellent. Best omelets ever! Dog friendly is even better. I only wish I could have taken my dogs from Georgia! They would have loved it. Spa is beautiful. Definitely stay here again!
Beautiful hotel with many amenities
The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved the kitchenette and it made it possible to eat breakfast in the room, which saved time and money. The only thing we had a problem with was the shower head. There was so little water pressure that it was hard to take a good shower. The restaurant, 9380 Bar and Grill, was a disappointment. We ate dinner there one night and ordered pecan crusted halibut. It was good, but the portion size was so small, it would have been perfect for a 2-year old. We also ate breakfast there, which was a buffet. We were told it was $14 per person. They failed to tell us that the sales tax of 11.9% plus a gratuity was automatically added to the bill. A little upsetting! We used the hot tub several times and the gym (fitness center) once. We would only give the restaurant one star as we did have a good lunch there.
Deserted.
Bizarre. Skeleton staffing. For example, the hotel restaurant has no regular hours, no waiters, and no ordering at the table (only "online").
Pet friendly and ski in and out in Crested Butte!
I love what they have done with the Elevation in Crested Butte. It is true ski-in and ski out, and the rooms are luxurious and oversized. It is loaded with amenities such as an indoor heated pool, and indoor and 2 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, fitness center and much more. Call or email to discuss when we can get you into a great package at this resort.
Perfect location in Crested Butte
I stayed at the Elevation Hotel in a 1 bedroom suite in mid December. The back door of the hotel is literally 50 yards or less to the lift line. The hotel is very comfortable. There is a huge, inviting lobby after you make it upstairs from the underground parking garage. The rooms were basic but very well done with everything you would need on a ski trip. We brought our 2 six year old twin boys with us and they loved the X-Box room downstairs and the indoor pool was a nice bonus. The hotel is very affordable as well. You cannot go wrong at the Elevation.
