Expansive property near train station
On my trip to Grindelwald, I stayed in the Romantik Hotel Schweizerhof, and really loved the hotel’s proximity to the train station and the main promenade of Grindelwald. The rooms are quite quaint, with just enough space for two people and their luggage in a double room. The dining area is cozy, too, with lots of difference choices for breakfast that include a startling catering to the large Asian tourist base that Grindelwald and the Jungfraujoch attract. If you’re able to, definitely book one of the chalets or apartments – they’re the most updated rooms the Schweizerhof has to offer, and they’re quite large as well!
