Good resort for families, understaffed at times

Location here is exceptional- literally a short walk to lifts. The locker room opens outside to a direct path to the Eagle lodge. Had several issues with lockers being assigned incorrectly, and place was clearly understaffed. Granted it was a very busy week. The rooms are very small and it's difficult to maneuver around the beds, they obviously did some creative engineering for the max number of units. Place was well equipped and beds very comfortable after a long day of skiing. Laundry was ah extra charge but available, which was key. Kids loved the fact there was lots of snow around the hotel to play in.
