Hotel with Exceptional Service
The Ki Niseko is a great place to spend a week in Japan. It's ideally located for ski in and out right near the gondola. Its full service ski valet makes it super easy to get your gear and get on the mountain, keeping your boots warm and your skis ready to go. The breakfast is one of the better buffets you'll see, enjoyable options within a very underrated restaurant. We arrived late our first night and ended up eating at the hotel restaurant just as they were closing. It became one of the best spots we ate at all week. You can walk out the front of the hotel and it's only a short walk to Hirafu where there's additional dining options and plenty of nightlife. The single rooms are small but with plenty of amenities, almost too many, there's stuff everywhere from Nespresso pods to detergent for washing clothes and traditional Japanese clothes to wear to the spa or onsen. Housekeeping was the only downside as they completely missed cleaning our room one night. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and I'd highly recommend the Ki Niseko, I'd certainly stay there again if I were to return.

Worth The Price
Ki Niseko was one of our favorite parts of our experience. More expensive than some of the other options, but worth it! Awesome to stay in a ski in/out property with ski valet. Our snowboard gear arrived almost a week early and they held it the entire time, which was great. The breakfast included in the room rate was an extensive spread, offering a Japanese-style breakfast and a Western-style breakfast.. The staff was so helpful and provided an upscale experience. The amenities, including the spa, the onsens, the dining, and the local shuttle also contributed to a great stay. Would highly recommend Ki Niseko to anyone looking for a special experience in Nikseo!
