Westgate
The hotel is a bit confusing but there are signs and maps everywhere and if you seem lost, an employee immediately asks if they can help and not only do they direct you where you want to go, they walk with you. Very nice. Staff courteous and room very clean.

Perfect and easy . Accommodated 4 of us comfortably .
Easy , nice people staffed at hotel . Easy to gondaola, room was comfortable . No problems ! Loved the free shuttle .

Mostly good
Hot tub leaked into apt below (drain issue) so could not use it during rest of our stay. Arcade called the mine shaft-rip off. Been waiting for manager from Westgate to return my phone calls about my son unable to get his toy out of the machine, and the machine deducted 2000 credits from his card. I found some of the front desk staff difficult to communicate due to English being their second language. Overall layout of the building is confusing. Have to constantly take elevators and hike over to other wings and then take elevator again to get where you're going. Wings don't match up. Limited dining choices at the canyons. Very expensive ski school for kids. I didn't realize or wasnt told that their are two types of classes for kids. One is open enrollment where any number of kids are present with one instructor vs one instructor and no more that 5 kids/instructor. Obvious price difference between the two.

Maze of a Hotel
Nice accomodations but extremely difficult to navigate around....skier services, locker room , pool. We were constantly lost as was most everyone else. Would have liked a full service bar around the pool for the hot tub.
