Great location and amenities

Crestwood is situated in a great ski-in/out location close to the Base Village. The complex has nice amenities including an on-site ski shop operated by Incline Sports. Our condo this year (one bedroom with loft deluxe) was very comfortable, but the décor and finishes were starting to look a little tired.

The perfect spot!

The location of this property along with their excellent staff and amenities makes any trip a winner. Easy access to the Gondola and ski school provided access to all levels of skiing from the ":magic Carpet" to extreme skiing. The pool and hot tubs with washrooms and showers attached as well as a relaxing area for parents was super! The whole experience made you feel "at home" away from home. Nancy Gatta

Excellent ski in ski out

Crestwood is a great place to stay because the location is perfect for skiing in Snowmass. You can get to all the lifts in just minutes and Snowmass is so massive you never get bored. The condos are well done and very comfortable. There are jacuzzis to soak in after skiing and even a ski check at the slopes to leave your equipment for the next day. The staff was very friendly and informative. We had a great stay there and would do it again.

Not what i expected

Condo was in poor shape. It seemed to have all amenities that were needed but multiple things in the kitchen were broken and/or falling apart. All the pots and pans were old and not usable. When we used them, they produced a horrible burnt smell. The internet was completely useless-- did not work at all and we could not get any work done. No closet space in one of the bedrooms - no drawers! Had to use kitchen to fold clothes. No wear to leave equipment in the walkway. Generally fairly upset with the condo itself especially given the price. On the positive, the cleaning staff did a good job every day and the hot tub and pool were nice to have close by but the pool water was a bit chilly.

Dirty. Moldy. Very disappointed

Will you ski.com every year when we go skiing and we always stay at the Cresswood this year we got a terrible room we paid more we were told you were going to get a queen size bed upstairs and a king size bed downstairs that did not happen very disappointed in the communication between ski.com and myself just very disappointed in the service that I received this year .. all the other years have been great ..The shower had mold the plates were dirty.. I had always dealt with Mac and this year I dealt with Emma

Great Location and friendly staff

Our 2 bedroom condo was at most 100 feet from the ski shop, so pretty much a ski-in/ski out arrangement. They keep your skis AND boots at the shop and your boots are placed into holders which blow warm air making them dry and warm in the morning (that was a first for me and I loved it). Our condo was spacious, well appointed and had beautiful mountain views. The staff will take you virtually anywhere and pick you up in their courtesy vehicles.They really have their act together and treat you like royalty.

nice facilities slopeside

Really nice facilities for my family, stored skis at the slope, 100 yd walk slop to condo. I would rate as excellent except it was a little noisy; I could hear other guests walking around upstairs -- clanking their skis and the like. But the service was excellent -- great staff.
