This Charter Ridge Townhome has 3 bedrooms plus a den and 3.5 baths in 2,398 square feet of space. It is located 3 miles from Breckenridge’s Main Street and 1.5 blocks from a Summit Stage stop. The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.
