The master bedroom and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third has a 2 twin size beds. A Sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep a total of 8 guests. Enjoy the large open concept living space, with plenty of room to lounge and relax. Hot Tub with seating for 7 and 90 jets , which includes foot jets and 14 jet turbo blaster. Includes a digital control panel for jets, temperature and lighting, an adjustable waterfall, underwater, multi-color LED light.

You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. Our wonderful three-bedroom two-bathroom home is located in the mountains of Pittsfield, Vermont - a postcard Vermont town. Hawk Landing is surrounded by lush woods, offering a perfect getaway for families and small groups. This family home offers a European/Middle Eastern feel combined in a Vermont rustic chalet. Enjoy the wood-burning fieldstone fireplace while lounging or dining in the open living and dining areas with Cathedral ceilings. When visiting us in the Summer months enjoy grilling on the large deck overlooking the beautiful backyard. Take advantage of the exclusive access to a private swimming pond. Pittsfield borders the Green Mountain National Forest making for easy access to mountain biking, hiking, and the VAST snowmobile trails. Don't forget your four-legged family member is more than welcome to join you during your time away as this property is pet-friendly (prior approval required).

Head upstairs to the two main bedrooms and full bathroom. Go downstairs to the lower level and you'll find another sleeping area with two twin beds, a large sectional, flat screen TV and bar top seating for six.
