Mont Tremblant has four “zones,” the North side, South side, soleil side and The Edge. Of the ski area’s 94 trails, 15 are gladed. Every age skier or boarder will be grinning ear-to-ear on one of Mont Tremblant’s many tree trails. The North side is generally the best place to start your day since the sun warms up the snow a bit and makes for better skiing. So, head up the Telecabine Gondola and from the Grand Manitou summit skiers and boarders have their pick. Beginners will love trail No. 72 Petite Bonheur, while intermediates will enjoy the long, meandering No. 71 Beauchemin trail off of the Lowel Thomas chairlift. Expert skiers will find plenty of leg-burning satisfaction off of the Duncan Express lift, most notably the No. 55 Geant trial. The Edge zone offers thrill seekers double black trees of Les Bouleaux, which runs into the famously long black run, No. 47 Laurentienne.
Beginner skiers have some more options on the South side of the mountain, including the never-ending green L’Algonquin trail, which is also situated in the “soliel” section of the resort. So you can bet the run will likely be warm and sunny. Other great beginner runs include No. 2 La Crete and Mont Tremblant’s longest trail No. 4 Nansen, which goes on for nearly four miles. First-time skiers will find respite on the Equilibre chairlift, located at the base of the South side mountain.
Experienced freestylers will love the medium and large features on the Cure Deslauriers terrain park.

Great ski village!
This is the second time we have visited Mont Tremblant and we have thoroughly enjoyed each time. The village itself is awesome as everything you need is right there and within walking distance. There’s ample opportunity to enjoy a bit of the French culture as well whether it be speaking French or dining on local favorites like poutine. The only down side was how cold it was. It was -17 one morning; however the ski conditions were great!
Great Trip!
Love this place! Fun little town with plenty of activities for all our kids. Enjoyed skiing as well as dog sledding, snow mobiling and walking around the village. Good food and great skiing
Weekend getaway
This ski village is great!! Fantastic restaurants, lots of easy slopes (what we were after), great skiing on both sides of the mountain! Lines for the gondola can get pretty long though. Easier to take two smaller lifts to the top. Also, the system for queues is chaos. Rude people are able to push their way to the front of the line without much recourse.
Beautiful Resort everything within walking distance
Lifts were great, the area was beautiful, some of the lines were long but everything ran smoothly. This was my first snowboarding experience and am so glad we went here for it. The slopes were in great condition and everything was ran smoothly. Would definitely love to come back some day.
