In the winter, the golf course becomes the Nordic Skiing Center where you can try out a variety of Nordic winter sports.

Sun Valley Village Condominiums form a horseshoe around our magical village and are all within a ten-minute walk of the Inn or Lodge. With fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas, these economical units offer both convenience and affordability for your mountain stay. For your comfort, daily maid service is provided. Standard Village Condominiums consist of Snow Creek, Dollar, Cottonwood, Villager and Dollar Meadows. Additional amenities would depend on property selected.

The Edelweiss offers great value at a moderate price. Key features include its nearby location restaurants and ski shops. Located across the street from the Warm Springs Lifts and Lodge. In addition to some of the listed amenities this property also offers its guests underground parking, a full kitchen, a deck, and mountain views.

The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

Lodge Two condos offer the luxury of Sun Valley Lodge amenities combined with the coziness of a condo. These deluxe condos are a ten-minute walk from all that the village has to offer, including dining and shopping options. After a day on the slopes, take a dip in Sun Valley Lodge’s swimming pool or hot tub or relax in the sauna. Also, there is a game room and bowling alley, as well as the Sun Valley Salon and Day Spa and top-notch restaurants. Condos include full kitchens with breakfast bar and living area with fireplace. The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

The Chilali Condominiums are located just 3 blocks from Ketchum’s Main Street, with great access to shopping and restaurants, making it the perfect condo any time of the year. This complex features underground parking, an elevator, a roof top common area with 2 spa hot tubs, a gas grill, exercise room and a recreational game room for guests and homeowners. Condos feature an open living, dining and kitchen area, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and air-conditioning.

This one-bedroom plus loft one-bath condo is located in SW Ketchum near the bike path and will sleep 5 guests. Located on the second floor of the complex this condo has an open floor plan with high ceilings for great light. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 45-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a small deck with a table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining table seats 4. The master bedroom is on this level and has a King bed with access to a small deck with a portable propane gas grill, table, and chairs. There is a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. The spiral staircase off the living area takes you to the loft which has a Queen bed and a single twin bed.

Conveniently situated three blocks from the River Run base area and five blocks from downtown Ketchum, the Christophe Condominiums provide guests with ideal access to all that Sun Valley has to offer—on and off the slopes. Guests can also easily hop on the town shuttle from the Christophe, which provides free service to the ski lifts and all areas of the resort. Boasting a four-season outdoor pool and an outdoor hot tub, the Christophe provides guests with relaxing amenities perfect after a full day on the slopes. Accommodations range from studio units to 1 or 2 bedroom condos and feature wood-burning fireplaces and fully-equipped kitchens.

The condos offer all of the basics for a winter stay. Singles or couples will find it very convenient and cozy. Snowrun offers partial views of Bald Mountain ski runs located on Jane Lane. The free KART bus service stops just a few blocks away and provides service to all areas of the resort. Greyhawk and Challenger ski lifts are only 2 blocks away and the Warm Springs golf course and tennis courts are just a mile toward the town of Ketchum.
