The kitchen is very spacious with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with a 4 burner gas stove. There are 3 bar stools at the counter top and the dining table seats 6. Off the dining area, there is access to a small deck with Northern views. There is another larger deck off the living room and fourth bedroom.

The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

The free KART bus service stops just a few blocks away and provides service to all areas of the resort. Greyhawk and Challenger ski lifts are only 2 blocks away and the Warm Springs golf course and tennis courts are just a mile toward the town of Ketchum.

On the main level you will find one of the bedrooms. This room has a king bed, 26 inch TV and access to full size bathroom. On the middle level is the living area with 31 inch flat screen TV, gas fireplace and ceiling fan. This room has high ceilings which brings great light into the room with Mt. Views . The open kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The dining table seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. There is access to a small deck off the dining area which offers Mt views, gas grill, small table with two chairs and umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen. On the third level is the loft area and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a Queen bed, Mt views, walk in closet and full size bath. The loft offers a Queen bed and has access to either bathrooms in the condo. This condo has a one car garage for compact car and limited parking within the complex. If you have more than one car you will need to park a short distance from the condo on the street

Property features include wireless internet, air-conditioning, an elevator, ski storage, and underground parking. Each condo has a gas fireplace and a washer/dryer.
