Streamside consists of two half-duplex units located in Frisco. It enjoys a quiet setting just off the Ten Mile Creek, yet it's not far from Main Street and all of the shops and restaurants it has to offer. The Windwood Condominiums on the west end of Frisco's Main Street, are only about a 5 minute drive from Copper Mountain. It is the perfect escape for those who want to get away from it all but still be close to everything. For the summer, the Summit County bike path runs right behind the building. There’s a common area hot tub, and a shuttle stop right at the end of the parking lot. Windwood is an easy walk to the heart of Main Street - and all of the shops and restaurants it has to offer.

The Ten Mile Island Condominiums are located in the town of Frisco, Colorado, minutes away from incredible skiing and summer biking, hiking, sailing, and fishing. Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland ski areas are a 15 to 20 minute drive. Vail and Beaver Creek are approximately 30 minutes away. Property amenities include a clubhouse with an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as laundry facilities.
