Gold Dust consists of two half-duplexes located in a residential neighborhood of Frisco. Each side has 3 bedroom and 3 baths, spread over 3 levels. Each side has a deck, laundry facilities, a one-car garage, and a private hot tub on the back patio to soak in after a long day of skiing or biking the local trails.

Built in 2004, this beautifully decorated ground level condo is located just one block from Main Street at the west end of the quaint town of Frisco. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this condo has a cozy mountain feel and great views of the mountains from all sides. It was built in conformance with ADA accessibility requirements. The Buffalo Village Condos in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne offer great mountain views and convenient access to multiple ski areas. Each condo has a carport, a wood-burning fireplace and a private deck, perfect for enjoying the views. The large club house offers an indoor pool, hot tub, game room and laundry facilities. The condo is on the Summit County transportation line (The Summit Stage) for easy, free access to all ski areas and shopping. Lake Dillon and the ski areas of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Loveland, A-Basin and Vail are within a short drive. Bordering Arapahoe National Forest at the base of Buffalo Mountain, hikers and cross-country skiers have easy access to a variety of trails in the Gore Range.
