Gold Dust consists of two half-duplexes located in a residential neighborhood of Frisco. Each side has 3 bedroom and 3 baths, spread over 3 levels. Each side has a deck, laundry facilities, a one-car garage, and a private hot tub on the back patio to soak in after a long day of skiing or biking the local trails.

Bedding goes King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom, Double plus Twin with a Twin Trundle in the third bedroom and an additional Queen sized air mattress for the living area.
