This is a wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bath single family home on Forest Road, a 3-minute walk to the ski slopes in Vail’s Lionshead base area. This iconic residence was one of the first residences built in all of Vail and still has many original photos showcasing the early days of Vail. The setting and views off the back deck are just gorgeous and the home is just a short walk to the ski slopes or village. This is a wonderful value for those looking to be in the heart of all the action at a reasonable price point. The home has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Welcome to our East Vail private home with spectacular views of Gore Creek and the Gore Range Mountains. This is the downstairs part of an up-down gold-rated duplex. This bottom duplex has 2,000 square feet on two levels, and is located in East Vail directly on the Gore Creek and just six and a half miles from Vail Village. You can also walk 1/4 mile to the free bus stop. It has a lovely open living, kitchen and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace in the sitting room. There is also a separate sun/TV room on the main level with expansive glass windows that showcase the serenity of the creek and mountains, along with a large TV and entertainment center.
