With about 30 percent of the ski area marked as blue terrain, Whitewater’s intermediate is certainly nothing to scoff at. After the snowcats groom over all the fresh snow Whitewater cruisers are world-class. Intermediates can pretty much enjoy the entire mountain. Newer intermediates will enjoy the shorter, wide-open blue runs on the Silver King Side, while more experience blue skiers and riders will love the Summit Side and Glory Ridge Side’s longer, sustained groomers. Glory Ridge also allows intermediates the change to explore some of Whitewater’s famed glade skiing.
