CB Grille, at the Covered Bridge, is considered Copper’s best dining experience, but that isn’t because you’ll find $500 bottles of wine on the menu or foie gras or anything like that, it’s because CB offers high quality menu items from fresh pasta, fish and prime cuts to gourmet mac-n-cheese and hand ground burgers. CB also offers a great selection of cuisine and a variety of middle-range wines that may make you wonder why you’ve been spending a small fortune on wine. Oh, and microbrew beers, too.
